Morning in Carmel-by-the-Sea

Katha started her day with a leisurely stroll through Downtown Carmel, exploring the quaint boutiques and art galleries that line the streets. She couldn't resist popping into Bee, Bark, and Moss to pick up some locally crafted goods. The town's unique charm, with its unnumbered houses and European-style architecture, made for a delightful morning.

Scenic Drive on 17 Mile Drive

Next, Katha embarked on the iconic 17 Mile Drive, one of the most scenic routes in California. The drive, which costs $10.50 to enter, offers breathtaking views of the Pacific coastline. Katha made sure to stop at the Lone Cypress and Fan Shell Beach, two of the most picturesque spots along the route. The drive took about two hours, with plenty of stops for photos and to soak in the stunning scenery.

Afternoon at Pebble Beach

After the drive, Katha headed to Pebble Beach Golf Links, one of the most renowned golf courses in the world. While she didn't play a round, she enjoyed a leisurely lunch at the clubhouse, taking in the views of the pristine greens and the ocean beyond. The course's small greens and narrow fairways make it a challenging but rewarding experience for golfers of all skill levels.

Exploring Big Sur

In the late afternoon, Katha drove down to Big Sur, a rugged stretch of California’s coastline known for its dramatic cliffs and stunning ocean views. She visited Bixby Bridge, an iconic landmark, and continued to explore the local restaurants and hiking trails. Golfing at Escena Golf Club in Palm Springs

Katha's next stop was Palm Springs, where she played a round of golf at the Escena Golf Club. Known for its stunning views of the San Jacinto Mountains and its challenging course, Escena provided a perfect blend of relaxation and sport.
