We accept returns of items within 30 days of the date your order shipped.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet these criteria.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Start a Return or Exchange

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email. You can choose a refund to your original payment method, an exchange, or store credit. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails, or on your packing slip.

US Orders

Returns are free when you add return coverage at checkout. A prepaid return label is provided through the returns portal. Without coverage, a return shipping fee applies and will be shown in the portal before you submit your return.

International Orders

Start your return in the returns portal, then ship your items to the address provided. International return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend a tracked service. Your refund will be issued once your return is received.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Select exchange in the returns portal.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@aputnam.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card company to post the refund.
