The 18" length and stretch waist allows this to be comfortably worn as a high or low waist skirt depending on your preference. Tee holders are hidden right at your waist in case you take this one out for nine. We intentionally designed the Katha Skirt without shorts so you can choose - tights, biker shorts, however you love to wear it.
